Rules of the Tour

1. The tour is paid in full at the time of the reservation.
2. Tours will be rescheduled in the event of bad weather. (Determined by Cat Boat Owners)
   (Refunded if rescheduling is not possible)
3. Must arrive 15 minutes before tour time. “No shows” will NOT be refunded.
4. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled tour for a refund.
5. Drivers must be at least 21 years of age.
6. Drivers must have valid driver’s license.
7. Must be at least 5 years old to ride Cat Boats.
8. Weight limit is 275 lb per person.
9. Riders under 15 years old must wear life jackets.
10. NO smoking of any kind on Caribe property or while on the tour.
11. Must NOT be under the influence of drugs or alcohol while riding or operating our Cat Boats.
12. NO alcohol beverages allowed on boats.
13. NO littering in waterways!
14. DISMOUNTING THE BOAT is not permitted AT ANY TIME DURING THE TOUR.
15. Must obey tour guide instructions at all times.
